STARTIMES — JOB ADVERT: CITY MANAGER Enjoy Digital Life Position: Sales City Manager Application Deadline: Friday 2nd Oct 2026 About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and result-driven Sales City Manager to join our Sales Department. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving advertising revenue for our local channels (Makula TV, Makula Kika & Sanyuka Prime), as well as managing sponsorship projects. Payment will be structured on a commission-based model. Key Responsibilities: Channel & Dealer Management: Responsible for developing, maintaining, and upgrading dealer networks within the assigned region. Strictly execute the dealer visit plan to ensure visit frequency meets targets and strengthen client relationships. Sales & Collection Achievement: Fully accountable for regional sales targets and TV consignment collections; strictly control payment terms to ensure secure and timely fund recovery. Market Competition Control: Closely monitor local market dynamics and competitor movements to ensure the loyalty of both team members and dealers; strictly prohibit cross-border trading or promoting competing products. Qualifications & Experience: Education: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales or a related field, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and client management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
