Scope

These terms apply to all ZinstaBlog access points, including the public website, API endpoints, admin portal, and mobile app.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for activity under your account or device identity. Keep credentials secure and notify us if you believe your access has been misused.

Submitted content

You are responsible for content you submit, including posts, comments, job listings, images, audio, video, and files. By submitting content, you give ZinstaBlog permission to host, display, edit for formatting, moderate, distribute, and promote that content through the website, API, and app.

We may reject, edit, unpublish, or remove content that is inaccurate, unsafe, unlawful, abusive, spam, misleading, infringing, or outside the purpose of the service.

No tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users

ZinstaBlog does not tolerate objectionable content, harassment, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, abusive behavior, spam, impersonation, or illegal material. Users who submit or promote this content may have their content removed and may lose access to the service.

Public submissions are filtered and reviewed before publication where appropriate. Users can report objectionable posts or comments and can block abusive users from appearing in their feed.

Reports, blocking, and enforcement

When a user reports content or blocks an abusive user, the report is sent to the ZinstaBlog moderation team for review. Blocking removes that author or content from the reporting user's feed immediately where technically possible.

We aim to review objectionable content reports within 24 hours and may remove the content, reject pending submissions, suspend or delete accounts, or take other enforcement action.

News, jobs, and third-party links

News, job listings, source links, and third-party content are provided for information. We do not guarantee that every listing, link, salary, deadline, or external page remains accurate or available.

Mobile app use

The app may show posts, jobs, media, comments, reactions, and notifications. You can disable notifications using your device settings. Some features may require internet access, device storage, or updated app versions.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access data without permission, upload malware, impersonate others, scrape at abusive rates, or submit content that violates rights, laws, or platform policies.

Intellectual property

ZinstaBlog branding, layout, software, and original content are protected by applicable rights. You may not copy, resell, or misuse platform materials except where allowed by law or written permission.
