FNB Zambia has officially reopened its Luanshya branch following a comprehensive refurbishment, reaffirming its commitment to investing in the people, businesses, and communities of Luanshya.
The refurbished branch is designed to enhance customer experience, improve service efficiency, and create a welcoming environment for individuals, entrepreneurs, and businesses. FNB Zambia has underscored its purpose of offering real help through innovation, citing products like eWallet Plus and the CashPlus Agent network, as well as ongoing investments in digital banking solutions that allow customers to transact securely and conveniently from anywhere.

Speaking at the official reopening ceremony, FNB Zambia Retail Business Executive Mwamba Musambo highlighted that the event marks not just the unveiling of a modernized banking facility, but also the bank’s ongoing dedication to providing innovative, customer-centric financial solutions.

“This occasion reflects FNB Zambia’s continued investment in Luanshya and our commitment to delivering a banking experience that is modern, convenient, and centered on the needs of our customers,” Musambo stated.

She highlighted the introduction of the FNB Vacant Land Loan, an innovative financing solution enabling more Zambians to access land ownership with flexible repayment terms up to K1.5 million.
