PUPILS at Milomfi Primary School in Lubu Ward, Chinsali District, Muchinga Province, are set to benefit from improved learning infrastructure following the construction of a new classroom block under the 2026 Constituency Development Fund (CDF).
The one-by-two classroom block has been constructed at a cost of K745,330 to provide additional learning space for pupils at the school.
Chinsali Municipal Council Public Relations Officer Lolavye Simukoko confirmed the development.
“The project has been completed and is awaiting handover to the community for use by the pupils,” Mr Simukoko said.
He said the new classroom block would help ease pressure on the existing classroom infrastructure and provide pupils with a more conducive learning environment.
