Longhorn Associates ("Your Innovative Financing & Investment Partner") is hiring for the position of Partnership Officer (2 Positions) reporting to the Partnership Manager.

Role Purpose:
Support partnership and business development through partner identification, onboarding, market development and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and assess potential partners; coordinate onboarding and activation.
Maintain regular engagement with partners, clients and stakeholders.
Prepare proposals, presentations and partnership briefs.
Conduct market research and competitor monitoring.
Analyse partnership performance against KPIs and prepare reports.


Requirements:

Full Grade 12 Certificate and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics or related field.
Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience.
Skills in business development, client relationship management, market intelligence and report writing.
