Liberty Credit is a growing financial services institution providing accessible financing solutions to individuals and businesses across Zambia. As we expand our sales team, we are looking for motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented individuals to join our team as Direct Sales Agents.
Locations: Lusaka, Chibombo, Solwezi
Role Overview:
As a Direct Sales Agent, you will be responsible for:
Identifying and engaging potential customers.
Generating and following up on sales leads.
Promoting Liberty Credit’s financial products and services.
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Job Requirements:
Market and sell payroll loans.
Preliminary assessment of client affordability.
Collecting and submitting KYC documents for loan processing.
Assisting clients sign loan agreements.
Submitting original documents to respective branches.
Qualifications:
Grade 12 Certificate or better.
Skills & Attributes:
Able to generate sales.
Great communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, confident, and creative.
Able to work in a fast-paced competitive environment with minimal supervision.
Compensation:
Commission-based remuneration.
Sales incentives based on performance.
