MINISTER of Green Economy and Environment Gilbert Siame says Northern Province is well-positioned to contribute meaningfully to the Grow Zambia Agenda.

Dr Siame says the province has significant potential in agriculture and tourism, supported by favourable climatic conditions that can help drive economic expansion.

Dr Siame said this when he addressed government and elected officials in Mpulungu District over the weekend.

He called on the province to maximise its strengths to accelerate economic growth and reduce poverty.

Dr Siame further said that government is committed to advancing the country’s economic development and delivering the Grow Zambia Agenda.
