MUNDUBILE PROMISES YOUTH EMPOWERMENT THROUGH TRAINING TO BECOME EMPLOYERS AT KIKONGE MINE

During his election campaign rally in Mufumbwe, Brian Mundubile addressed the local youth with a compelling commitment to their future economic empowerment.

He assured them that once his party formed government, they would receive comprehensive training aimed at equipping them to take on leadership roles at Kikonge Mine, ultimately enabling them to become employers rather than mere employees.

Mundubile’s statement highlighted a vision centered on capacity building and self-reliance.

He insisted that the government’s focus would be on providing skills development programs that transform the youth into business owners and managers within the mining sector, rather than only laborers.

He emphasized that such training would not only enhance individual prospects but also stimulate local economic growth by fostering entrepreneurship among the young generation.

The approach promises a shift from traditional employment models, where young people are often confined to lower-level jobs, to one where they can helm enterprises and make strategic decisions in the mining industry.

By targeting Kikonge Mine specifically, a site with significant economic potential, the initiative aims to turn local youths into stakeholders who can harness resources sustainably and profitably.
