IQUBE Zambia Limited is seeking a qualified and experienced Weighing Scale Specialist to support its retail operations. KEY REQUIREMENTS * Diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation or a related field. * Minimum of three years’ experience supporting weighing scales in a retail environment. * Practical experience in installing, configuring, calibrating and repairing electronic weighing scales. * Knowledge of barcode-label printing scales and POS system integration. * Ability to diagnose hardware, software and connectivity problems. * Understanding of weights and measures compliance requirements. * Strong troubleshooting, communication and reporting skills. * Willingness to travel to different company locations when required. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Install, configure and maintain retail weighing scales. * Diagnose and repair scale hardware and software faults. * Calibrate scales to ensure accurate weighing and pricing. * Configure PLUs, barcodes, labels and network connectivity. * Integrate weighing scales with retail POS systems. * Conduct preventive maintenance and maintain service records. * Provide onsite and remote technical support to stores. * Ensure all scales comply with applicable regulatory standards.
