SALES EXECUTIVE (04) Department: Commercial OperationsReports To: Business Development SupervisorLocation: Copperbelt (Kitwe, Ndola), Central (Kabwe), Southern (Choma)Job Type: Full time KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Acquire and onboard new schools and educational institutions. Present and promote SchoolPay’s payment and ERP solutions. Drive school activation, transaction growth and revenue. Train and support schools to ensure sustained platform usage. Manage the sales pipeline and achieve assigned targets. Conduct field visits and maintain strong client relationships. Provide market intelligence and timely performance reports. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or a related field. At least two years’ experience in sales or business development. Proven ability to meet acquisition and revenue targets. Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Experience in fintech, banking, technology or education is an advantage. Willingness to undertake regular field travel. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital reporting tools. APPLY NOW!
