Due to business development needs, we are currently recruiting one Financial/Accounting and Administrative Specialist to primarily handle tax filing, account management, ZRA coordination, and daily administrative tasks for the company. We welcome applicants with local Zambian financial, tax, or administrative experience. I. Job Responsibilities 1. Submit tax returns to the Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) on time every month, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant filings; 2. Manage the company’s accounts, including accounts receivable, daily expenditure and income records, reconciliations, and related report preparation; 3. Be responsible for daily liaison, communication, and document submission between the company and the Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA); 4. Apply for or update various relevant documents, licenses, and registration information for the company; 5. Manage the company’s cash, including daily cash receipts and payments, petty cash management, and bank transaction coordination; 6. Complete other related work tasks assigned by the company. II. Job Requirements 1. Degree in finance, accounting, taxation or related majors; 2. Familiar with the Zambian tax system and ZRA declaration process, with relevant work experience preferred; 3. Prior experience in logistics-related industries is preferred; 4. Proficient in using Excel, Word, and common accounting software; 5. Detailed work, strong sense of responsibility, honest and reliable, able to handle multiple tasks independently; III. Salary and benefits shall be implemented in accordance with the local labor laws of Zambia and the company’s regulations. IV.
