Archbishop Dr. Alick Banda has pleaded not Guilty to one Count of been in possession of Property Believed to have being stolen or Obtained unlawfully contrary to the Laws of Zambia.

This follows the Drug Enforcement Commission -DEC- arresting and charging Lusaka Archdiocese Dr. Banda with possession of property reasonably believed to have been unlawfully obtained, contrary to Section 319 of the Penal Code, Chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia.
