Court stops cancellation of Mukandila’s citizenship

LAWYER Patrick Chulu says the Lusaka High Court has stayed government’s decision to cancel Celestine Mukandila’s National Registration Card (NRC) and Zambian passport.

Chulu says Mukandila has also been released on constitutional bail.

Last month, the Department of Immigration arrested Mukandila following a report concerning his immigration status, reports News Diggers.
