Barloworld Equipment Zambia Limited is looking for suitably qualified individuals to apply for the position of Central Condition Monitoring Analyst based in Kitwe.
Overall Responsibility
To provide a dedicated focus on machine reliability and defect elimination in the asset strategy and reliability environment with specific focus on the application of condition monitoring disciplines to support predictive maintenance tactics.

Providing technical assistance to the planner related to preventative maintenance in terms of content and execution.
Managing scheduled oil sampling data and recommending preventative maintenance interventions.
Implementing and closing out all condition monitoring recommendations with customers.
Analysing telematics data from machines and applications.
Aggregating data and making calculated and informed recommendations for preventative maintenance.
Managing VIMS data reports and machine health information (VIMS, VisionLink, Technician Toolbox, Electronic Technician).

Qualifications and Experience

Full Grade 12 Certificate.
Diploma or Advanced Technician Certificate in Heavy Equipment Repair or equivalent.
Not less than 5 years’ practical work experience with earthmoving mechanics.
Sound machine and component operational knowledge and systems.
Basic business and financial acumen, good report writing, computer literacy, and MS Office / Power BI.
