Job Description: Kitchen Chef Assistant Key Responsibilities Assist the chef with daily prep work, including washing, peeling, and cutting/chopping ingredients. Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen area, keeping tableware, cookware, and equipment clean and orderly. Assist in properly storing and managing ingredients to ensure freshness and safety. Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, collaborating with the team to ensure smooth daily catering/dining operations. Requirements Previous experience as a kitchen helper, prep cook, or relevant kitchen work in the catering/F&B industry. Basic knife skills and food processing capabilities. Must hold a valid health certificate for the catering/food service industry. Responsible, hardworking, adaptable to physical work, and possesses good teamwork skills.
