MartMoney Finance is recruiting four Graduate Trainees in Lusaka, Zambia. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Effectively evaluate loan applications. • Track and maintain accurate credit and loan information. • Identify and acquire new clients. • Maintain strong client relationships and support client retention. • Effectively manage debt collection. QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND COMPETENCES • Recently completed a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management or Marketing. • Good judgement of character, with the ability to assess customers’ reliability accurately when determining loan eligibility. • Interpersonal skills to cultivate and strengthen existing customer relationships and build new relationships with potential customers. • Verbal and written communication skills to explain loan terms clearly and ensure customers understand them fully. • Decision-making skills to evaluate customers’ loan applications and determine whether to approve their loans. • Experience in SME lending and a driver’s licence are added advantages.
