Key Responsibilities Monitor and optimize control systems used in cable production lines to enhance operational performance. Support automation and digitalization projects aimed at increasing efficiency and product quality. Plan, supervise, and execute electrical installations, testing, and commissioning with a focus on cost minimization. Design and oversee machine modifications to improve overall production efficiency. Conduct root cause analysis for production faults and implement effective corrective actions. Establish and maintain preventive maintenance programs to reduce equipment downtime. Analyze electrical and electronic breakdowns and report findings to assess plant performance. Implement cost-reduction strategies, including energy-saving initiatives. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance technical skills and promote safety awareness among staff. Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support operational goals.
