Lupiya is looking for a results-driven Commercial Manager to shape our commercial strategy, build strong strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth across our innovative financial and digital lending products.

Key Responsibilities:

Shape and execute Lupiya's commercial growth and business development strategy.
Identify market opportunities, structure commercial partnerships, and drive customer acquisition across retail and SME segments.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to optimize revenue channels and product adoption.
Monitor market trends, competitive positioning, and regulatory landscape in the fintech ecosystem.
Drive commercial KPIs, sales pipelines, and key corporate relationships.


What We Are Looking For:

Proven track record in commercial leadership, business development, or partnerships within fintech, financial services, telecommunications, or tech sectors.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and negotiation capabilities.
Deep understanding of the digital financial services landscape and SME lending in Zambia.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and executive presentation skills.
