Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing financial reports and reconciliations Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems Process invoices, payments, and receipts Assist with bank reconciliations and petty cash management Monitor accounts payable and receivable Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures Assist during audits and financial reviews Perform general accounting and administrative duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Grade 12 Certificate with credits or better in English and Mathematics Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Must be ZICA accredited Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel will be an added advantage Application Requirements Interested candidates should submit: Application letter Updated CV Copies of academic qualifications and ZICA accreditation Applicants must clearly indicate their salary expectations in the application.
