Sabipay Technologies Limited has received ZRA Smart Invoice certification and is integrating with Pesapal’s Forecourt Management Solution (FMS), bringing together tax compliance and comprehensive forecourt management in a single connected platform for Zambia’s fuel retailers.

The certification and integration connects fuel dispensing, sales transactions and invoicing processes within Pesapal’s FMS, reducing reliance on manual processes and helping operators maintain accurate, real-time transaction records while meeting Zambia Revenue Authority’s (ZRA) digital tax requirements.

For fuel retailers managing high volumes of daily transactions across multiple pumps, attendants and payment channels, efficient record-keeping and reconciliation are critical. Pesapal’s FMS brings pump operations, payments, sales monitoring, reconciliation and business management together on a single platform and with Sabipay’s ZRA Smart Invoice certification now integrated into that platform, tax invoicing moves closer to the point of sale, connecting forecourt transactions directly with Zambia’s digital tax environment.
