The shocking revelation from Binwell Mpundu and key figures within the NRPUP leadership have raised critical national security concerns. Their statement has revealed what appears to be a clandestine, underhand operation threatening the very fabric of our democratic stability.

If these reports are true, they expose a deeply disturbing reality:
1. An opposition political faction admitting to sending criminal operatives abroad for specialized foreign tactical drills.

2. The dangerous precedent of outsourcing paramilitary or guerrilla-style instruction to foreign territories like Russia.
3. The potential creation of illegal private militias masquerading as political security details.
