The totaling centre has so far received results from 25 out of the 52 polling stations in the constituency.
According to the latest figures, at Presidential level, National Reconciliation Party for Unity and Prosperity (NRPUP) candidate Brian Mundubile is leading with 3,746 votes, while United Party for National Development (UPND) candidate Hakainde Hichilema has polled 2,857 votes.
The figures are from a total of 6,912 votes cast so far.
At Parliamentary level, NRPUP candidate Raphael Chilufya is leading with 3,954 votes, while UPND candidate Annie Namonga has polled 2,490 votes.
The Parliamentary results are from a total of 6,883 votes cast.
The totaling of results is still ongoing at the Mbala Central Constituency Totaling Centre.
