My name is David Habeenzu, and I come from Livingstone, Zambia. Like many young fathers, I made the difficult decision to leave my family and travel to Moscow , Russia in search of better opportunities. My dream was to earn enough money to build a home, educate my children, and give my wife a better life. I never imagined that the greatest betrayal would come from someone I trusted the most—my own younger brother.

Life in Moscow , Russia was not easy. I worked long hours under difficult conditions and sacrificed my comfort so I could send money back home every month. I trusted my wife to take care of our family and believed my younger brother would support her whenever she needed help.

For several years, I rarely came home because I wanted to save enough money before returning permanently.
