OASIS of Blessings Assembly Co-founder, Max Nalumango has called for national healing, unity and reconciliation after the country’s August 13, 2026 General Elections.

Bishop Nalumango urged the Church to play a leading role in promoting peace and addressing divisions, saying the church and government must work together to foster peace and national unity.

Speaking during the Revival Prayer Network’s Grand Thursday Prayers at Oasis of Blessings Assembly in Lusaka today, Bishop Nalumango stressed that Christians should not be intimidated or allow political differences to undermine the country’s progress.

He added that Zambia’s challenges require collective prayer, forgiveness and cooperation between citizens and national institutions.

And Evangelical Fellowship of Zambia (EFZ) Chairperson, Joe Imakando, implored Zambians to continue praying for the healing and restoration of the country.
