About the Role Join our sales team and grow your career in the heavy equipment industry. We are looking for a driven and customer-focused individual to support our sales operations and help deliver excellent service to our clients. The Sales Assistant (Heavy Equipment Spares) will support the sales team in achieving targets and ensuring a positive customer experience by: Assisting in identifying and developing new customer leads. Supporting sales activities and preparing quotations, proposals and presentations. Following up with customers and providing product information. Maintaining customer records and updating the sales database. Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth sales processes. Providing after-sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
