Warehouse Manager
Warehouse Manager Location: Light Industrial Area, Mwembeshi Road, Lusaka We are looking for an experienced, disciplined, and hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and manage a team of approximately 30–40 employees. This position is ideal for someone with a strong personality who is not afraid to lead from the front, enforce discipline, and ensure that daily operations run efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise a warehouse team of approximately 30–40 employees. Organize daily warehouse operations and allocate work effectively. Maintain high standards of discipline, productivity, and accountability. Ensure accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods. Monitor stock movements and maintain inventory accuracy. Enforce health and safety procedures at all times. Train, motivate, and evaluate warehouse staff. Resolve operational challenges quickly and efficiently. Work closely with management to improve warehouse performance. Requirements Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar supervisory role. Strong leadership skills with natural authority and confidence. Hands-on approach—you must be willing to work alongside your team when required. Highly responsible, reliable, and trustworthy. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
