Africa Panorama Investment Group Limited is hiring! We are looking for experienced and skilled Trade Foremen to join our construction and projects team. POSITIONS AVAILABLE Painting Foreman Carpentry Foreman Plumbing Foreman Tiling Foreman Electrical Foreman Building / General Construction Foreman Department: Construction / Projects Reports To: Project Manager / Site Manager Location: Lusaka, Zambia Employment Type: Full-Time KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise and coordinate artisans, skilled workers, and labourers within the assigned trade. Allocate daily tasks and monitor work progress. Ensure work is completed according to required quality standards, drawings, specifications, and timelines. Monitor the proper use of materials, tools, and equipment. Coordinate with other trades to ensure smooth project execution. Identify and report defects, delays, material requirements, and technical issues. Ensure workers follow health and safety requirements and use appropriate PPE. Monitor workmanship and minimise material wastage and rework. Provide regular progress updates to the Site Manager or Project Manager. Maintain discipline, teamwork, and professionalism on site. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Minimum Grade 9 School Certificate. Proven practical experience in the relevant trade. Previous experience supervising artisans, workers, or construction teams. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, tools, and equipment. Good understanding of workplace health and safety. Ability to read and understand basic drawings and measurements is an advantage. Trade Certificate or relevant technical qualification is an added advantage. Previous experience in residential, commercial, or large-scale construction projects is an added advantage. KEY SKILLS Strong practical and technical skills. Good leadership and team supervision skills. Good communication and problem-solving abilities. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
