Hillcrest Primary School invites applications from organised, dedicated, and proactive individuals for the position of Teaching Assistant (TA) - Administrative Support. We are seeking a highly efficient team player with excellent administrative and organisational skills who can provide comprehensive support to the Grade Head, educators, learners, and parents.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' administrative experience, preferably in a school environment.
Relevant administrative qualification will be advantageous.
Advanced computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Workspace).
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Valid Police Clearance Certificate - No criminal record.
Not listed on the National Register for Sex Offenders (certificate required).
Proficient in school administrative systems (SASAMS, Karri).
