We are seeking highly competent, self-driven and experienced professionals to join our team. Successful candidates must be capable of working independently, managing construction sites effectively and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards. 1. SITE FOREMAN We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to oversee daily construction activities and ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently and in accordance with approved drawings and specifications. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills and have a proven track record of successfully managing construction teams on site. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate and supervise all daily construction activities on assigned project sites. Lead, direct and motivate construction workers, subcontractors and artisans to achieve project objectives. Allocate daily work assignments and monitor productivity to ensure work is completed according to schedule. Ensure all construction works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Monitor workmanship and ensure all works meet company quality standards and industry best practices. Conduct routine supervision of ongoing works and identify defects requiring corrective action. Coordinate the efficient use of labour, materials, tools, equipment and machinery to minimize delays and wastage. Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, labour attendance, material usage and work progress. Ensure timely requisition of construction materials and report shortages before they affect project timelines through the site manager Enforce compliance with occupational health, safety and environmental regulations at all times. Resolve routine site issues and escalate major technical or operational matters where necessary. Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness of the construction site at all times. Verify measurements and completed works before submission for inspection or certification. Assist in project planning, scheduling and monitoring to ensure timely completion of works. Liaise effectively with the Site Engineer, Project Manager, consultants, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Mentor junior workers and promote teamwork, discipline and professionalism on site. Safeguard company tools, equipment and materials against loss, misuse or damage. Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly site progress reports to Management. Perform any other duties assigned by Management within the scope of the position. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 School Certificate. Certificate or Diploma in Building Construction, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field. Minimum of three (3) to four (4) years’ proven experience as a Site Foreman or in a similar supervisory role. Demonstrated ability to independently supervise and coordinate construction sites with minimal supervision. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, site operations and quality control procedures. Ability to read, interpret and implement construction drawings and specifications. Proven experience in supervising construction teams, subcontractors and artisans. Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills. Ability to plan work, manage resources and ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines. Good understanding of occupational health and safety requirements in the construction industry. Computer literacy will be an added advantage. Must provide three (3) traceable professional references. Personal Attributes Honest, dependable and highly disciplined.
