Kamwesa Zambia Limited is recruiting a dynamic Sales & Marketing Representative in Lusaka.
Remuneration: Fixed Base Salary + Commission / Incentives
Deadline: 24 September 2026
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and source potential clients and business opportunities.
Conduct field and B2B marketing activities visiting offices, companies, and residential areas.
Promote Kamwesa’s cleaning, gardening, renovation and related services.
Generate and follow up sales leads, support client visits and meetings.
Create and publish social media content (Facebook, TikTok) using photos, videos, captions, and demonstrations.
Identify potential projects, tenders, contracts and service opportunities.

Requirements:

Grade 12 Certificate.
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, PR or related field is an added advantage.
Confidence approaching companies and potential clients with strong presentation skills.
Energetic, proactive and willing to work in the field.
Creative and comfortable creating video/social media content.
