We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Officer to promote car hire and tour services, attract new clients and build lasting customer relationships. The successful candidate will identify opportunities, present the company’s services and help turn enquiries into bookings. Sales and business development • Identify and approach prospective corporate, institutional and individual clients for car hire and tour services. • Build a pipeline of leads through calls, visits, referrals, networking and appropriate digital channels. • Present the company’s services, prepare proposals or quotations with the relevant team, and follow up until enquiries are resolved. • Convert qualified enquiries into bookings and seek repeat business while meeting agreed sales targets. • Maintain accurate records of prospects, client interactions, quotations, bookings and follow up actions. Marketing and customer relationships • Help plan and carry out campaigns that promote the fleet, travel options and guided tours to suitable customer groups. • Develop clear promotional content for approved channels and coordinate updates with management. • Monitor competitors, customer needs and market trends, then suggest practical ways to increase enquiries and bookings. • Maintain professional relationships with clients and partners, respond promptly to questions and follow up on service feedback. • Work closely with reservations and operations to confirm availability, communicate client requirements and support smooth service delivery. • Prepare weekly activity updates and monthly reports on leads, conversions, sales results and marketing activities.
