ZCCM-IH is recruiting one temporary Projects Coordination Assistant in Lusaka. Reference: ZCCM-126 Salary: Market related Reporting to the Manager Strategy, support coordination, tracking and reporting of projects under the 2026–2035 Strategic Plan. Activities include maintaining project registers, monitoring milestones and deliverables, and preparing plans, timelines and dashboards. Requirements • Grade 12 or equivalent, with credits or better in five subjects including Mathematics and English. • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related discipline. • Microsoft Office proficiency, especially MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint. • Skills in coordination, scheduling, report writing, minutes, research and data analysis. • Ability to produce project plans, timelines, dashboards, presentations and progress reports. • Strong communication, interpersonal, planning, organising and follow-up skills. • Attention to detail, integrity, initiative and teamwork. • Mining-related technical qualifications and project-management certification/training are advantages. • Knowledge of mining and energy value chains is advantageous. • No previous employment experience required.
