Marketing Officer Location: Lusaka, Zambia Company: EcoHive Energy Systems Ltd Employment Type: Full-Time The Role EcoHive Energy Systems is seeking a creative and highly motivated Marketing Officer to drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads and support business growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, producing engaging content and strengthening EcoHive’s market presence across Zambia. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and Google. Generate qualified sales leads for the sales team. Develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition. Create engaging graphics, videos and written content. Coordinate product launches, promotions and events.. Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports. Build relationships with media partners and other stakeholders. Support customer engagement initiatives and referral campaigns. Minimum Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field. Minimum two (2) years’ experience in digital marketing or brand management. Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads and social media marketing. Experience with Canva or similar design tools. Photography and videography skills are an added advantage. Excellent copywriting and communication skills. Strong analytical and reporting abilities. We Are Looking For Someone Who Thinks creatively and strategically. Understands digital marketing trends.
