Green Carpet School seeks to hire the services of a HEAD TEACHER.
Principal Accountabilities (Main Duties):

Manages and coordinates effectively the provision of all academic programs in order to ensure quality education is delivered.
Manages and coordinates effectively all administrative functions in order to facilitate smooth running of the school.
Monitors and evaluates regularly the delivery of academic programs in order to determine impact and recommend intervention.
Interprets correctly educational policies to ensure quality education delivery.
Manages staff and utilization of resources to attain set objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Grade 12 / University entrant.
First degree in Education / Primary School Degree.
Minimum 2 years teaching experience as deputy head teacher.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Valid Practicing License and Teaching Certificate from TCZ and NRC.
