ABOUT PRIME LOCATION PROPERTIES Prime Location Properties Limited is one of Lusaka’s leading real estate development and sales companies, specializing in residential land subdivisions, property sales, and estate management. With a growing portfolio of flagship projects and an ambitious expansion strategy, we are seeking a high-calibre leader to head our Sales & Marketing function and drive our next phase of growth. THE OPPORTUNITY This is a pivotal senior leadership role reporting directly to the Managing Director. As Head of Sales & Marketing, you will own the full revenue-generation engine of the business — building and leading the sales team, designing go-to-market strategies, managing the brand, and ensuring the company consistently hits and surpasses its sales targets across all active property subdivisions.We are looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution: a leader who can set direction in the boardroom and still roll up their sleeves to close a deal, coach Sales Executive , or launch a marketing campaign. CORE COMPETENCY AREAS KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Sales Leadership & Revenue, Develop and own the annual sales strategy, targets, and revenue plan across all property projects.Lead, mentor, and manage the Sales & Marketing Executives team to consistently achieve individual and team KPIs.Establish and monitor weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance dashboards and reporting.Personally drive key account relationships, high-value negotiations, and strategic deal closures.Design and oversee instalment plan structures, pricing tiers, and promotional offers in line with MD approval.Marketing & BrandDevelop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, and community channels.Manage the company’s brand identity, messaging, and visual consistency across all touchpoints.Oversee social media strategy (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Business) and digital lead generation.Plan and coordinate property expos, open days, community events, and trade activations.Commission and manage marketing materials, site signage, brochures, and online listings.Strategy & Business DevelopmentConduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing benchmarking to maintain competitive positioning.Identify new market segments, partnership opportunities, and revenue streams for the business.Provide strategic recommendations to the MD on product development, plot pricing, and phasing strategies.Build relationships with corporate clients, investment groups, and diaspora buyer networks.Team & OperationsRecruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing Sales & Marketing team.Set clear individual performance targets and conduct regular performance reviews.Implement and maintain CRM systems, sales pipelines, and client records protocols.Collaborate with the finance and legal teams on sale agreements, commissions, and collections. REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS Education Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (required).Master’s Degree or MBA is an added advantage.Professional certification in Marketing (CIM), or Sales Management, ZIEA is highly desirable.ExperienceMinimum 5 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Experience in real estate land sales is a strong advantage.Demonstrated experience managing, building, and motivating a sales team.Skills & Leadership ProfileExceptional leadership presence with the ability to inspire, influences, and hold a team accountable.Strong strategic thinking combined with a bias for execution and measurable results.Outstanding verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Analytical mindset — comfortable with revenue forecasting, pipeline reporting, and performance metrics.Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM systems.High emotional intelligence, resilience under pressure, and a solution-oriented approach.Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to project sites across Lusaka and surrounds.
