Longhorn Insurance Brokers Limited is inviting applications for the position of General Manager in Lusaka. Number of positions: 1 Reports to: Chief Executive Officer REQUIREMENTS • Full Grade 12 School Certificate • Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance, CA, ACCA, CIMA or another business-related field • An MBA is an added advantage • Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience across insurance, investments and financial management, including at least 5 years in senior management or executive leadership • In-depth knowledge of the Zambian insurance market, regulatory environment and industry best practices • Must meet the Pensions and Insurance Authority (PIA) fit-and-proper requirements for the role APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS Candidates should submit an application letter, detailed curriculum vitae, copies of certificates and contact details for three referees in one PDF file addressed to the Hiring Manager.
