Medland Hospital is inviting applications for the position of Procurement and Warehouse Assistant – Ref No. PWA-20826. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Grade 12 School Certificate or equivalent • Affiliation with ZIPS • Diploma or Degree in Procurement • Strong Microsoft Excel skills KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Receive and process incoming stock and materials, send store releases to internal departments and help keep the warehouse operating efficiently at all times. • Assist with monthly and physical inventory activities and support the Warehouse Manager in preparing the monthly stock report. • Ensure all items are well organised, correctly stored, well protected, fully identified and easily accessible. • Perform other duties as requested by the Warehouse Manager or Supply Chain.
