Hematon Agro Services is looking for a passionate and experienced Field Officer to join our team and work directly with farmers, with a particular focus on chili production.
Employment Location: Northwestern Province – Kalumbila, Zambia
The successful candidate will be based in Kalumbila and will be required to travel extensively to farmer communities within the assigned areas.
We Are Looking For:

Certificate or Diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field.
2+ years’ experience working with large numbers of smallholder farmers.
Practical experience growing chili.
AIZ Certificate.
Valid Motorbike Licence.
Fluent in Bemba, Lunda, and Kaonde.
Good computer and reporting skills.
Strong farmer mobilisation and communication skills.
Willingness to travel and work in rural areas.
