Job Opportunity: Farm Supervisor (Maize & Dairy) A farm in Chongwe, Lusaka is looking for a hands-on and experienced Farm Supervisor to manage a 10-acre maize enterprise, with additional involvement in dairy operations. Job Details Location: Chongwe, Lusaka Position: Full-Time Benefit: Free accommodation Primary Role Manage and oversee maize production across 10 acres, including different varieties. Additional Role Support and be assessed on dairy operations involving Holstein, Jersey and mixed breeds. Requirements Minimum 3 years practical experience in crop and/or dairy farming. Diploma or Certificate in Agriculture or a related field. Strong experience in maize production is highly important. Must be hands-on, disciplined and results-driven. Added Advantages AI (Artificial Insemination) knowledge. Assisted delivery skills. Hay making and feed management. Knowledge of dairy supplements. Valid driver’s license. Key Responsibilities Manage daily maize production activities. Support dairy operations when required. Supervise workers and ensure productivity. Maintain proper farm standards and records.
