Position: Farm Assistant Supervisor
Location: Eastern Province, CHIPATA (Chinjala Area)

About the Role:
Support the Farm Manager in supervising daily farm operations, including livestock (piggery, goats, cattle, poultry), fish ponds, and crop agricultural activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Train and supervise farm workers.
Coordinate and direct daily farm activities.
Ensure deadlines are met for activities.
Work with managers to coordinate with other farm units.
Monitor staff rosters, hours, performance and resolve grievances.
Oversee farming units and suggest improvements.
Inspect farm buildings and equipment, ensuring routine maintenance.
Ensure compliance with government regulations and health and safety standards.

Requirements:

A Diploma in Agriculture or a Certificate.
More than 1 year of experience will be an added advantage.
Motorcycle riders with a valid license will be an added advantage.
