USA-BASED ZAMBIAN PROPHET ABRAHAM ANGEL ISRAEL PUBLICLY APOLOGIZES 🙏🏽
MY SINCERE PUBLIC APOLOGY TO HIS EXCELLENCY PRESIDENT HAKAINDE HICHILEMA, THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF ZAMBIA, AND THE PEOPLE OF ZAMBIA
“When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things.” — 1 Corinthians 13:11
With profound humility, sincere repentance, and a heart submitted before God, I, Prophet Abraham Angel Israel, publicly offer my sincere apology to His Excellency President Hakainde Hichilema, the Government of the Republic of Zambia, and my fellow Zambians, both at home and throughout the diaspora.
This statement is not written under pressure, nor is it motivated by a desire for political favor, personal advantage, recognition, or access. It comes from a place of prayer, sober reflection, self-examination, and conviction before God.
Scripture teaches us:
“He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy.” — Proverbs 28:13
As a servant of God, I understand that spiritual responsibility does not make a person incapable of error. On the contrary, those entrusted with spiritual responsibility should be willing to examine themselves, acknowledge their shortcomings, accept correction, and pursue reconciliation whenever they have fallen short.
After reflecting upon my words and conduct during the 2026 election period, I recognize that there were moments when I did not demonstrate the wisdom, restraint, maturity, and grace expected of me as a minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
For this, I take responsibility.
TO HIS EXCELLENCY PRESIDENT HAKAINDE HICHILEMA
Your Excellency, I remain sincerely grateful for the kindness and consideration you extended to me during the years when you were in opposition.
You welcomed me, gave me an opportunity to interact with you, listened to me, and treated me with a level of warmth and respect that I will never forget.
Life has taught me that one of the greatest mistakes a person can make is to forget where they came from and the people who showed them kindness along the journey.
I refuse to become such a person.
During the 2026 election period, I encountered serious disagreements and misunderstandings with certain individuals. I went through a period of tremendous personal and emotional pressure, and unfortunately, some of that frustration found its way into my public conduct and social-media communication.
However, after prayer and reflection, I have come to understand a fundamental truth:
Whatever another person may have said or done to me does not absolve me of responsibility for how I chose to respond.
The Word of God declares:
“A soft answer turneth away wrath: but grievous words stir up anger.” — Proverbs 15:1
There were occasions when I should have responded with greater wisdom.
There were moments when I should have exercised greater restraint.
There were circumstances in which silence, prayer, patience, and private dialogue would have served me better than public reaction.
For those shortcomings, I sincerely repent before God and apologize publicly.
Your Excellency, for anything I personally said, wrote, posted, or communicated that caused you offense, embarrassment, disappointment, or unnecessary pain, I humbly ask you to find room in your heart to forgive me.
I likewise extend my sincere apology to the Government of the Republic of Zambia and to every Zambian who was offended, disappointed, troubled, or confused by my conduct.
THIS APOLOGY SEEKS NOTHING IN RETURN
I want this point to be understood clearly:
I am not apologizing in order to obtain a position, appointment, financial benefit, political favor, access, or restoration of any previous relationship.
Neither am I asking His Excellency to take me back into his personal life or political circles.
I am apologizing because it is the right thing to do.
My conscience requires it.
My faith requires humility.
And my responsibility as a servant of God requires me to acknowledge where I could have conducted myself differently.
If forgiveness is extended to me, I will receive it with gratitude. But my repentance must never be conditional upon what I receive in return.
MY POLITICAL POSITION
For the avoidance of doubt, I also wish to state clearly and publicly:
I do not belong to any political party.
I have never been used, controlled, sponsored, or directed by any opposition political party.
Where I have spoken or acted publicly, those actions have been my own, and I accept personal responsibility for them.
I will not transfer responsibility for my mistakes to another political party, individual, institution, or organization.
My primary calling is not partisan politics.
My calling is to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ, pray for people, serve humanity, promote reconciliation, and fulfill the assignment God has entrusted to my life.
Scripture instructs believers to offer “supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks” for kings and all those in authority so that people may live peaceful and godly lives. — 1 Timothy 2:1–2
Therefore, I will continue to pray for the President of the Republic of Zambia, the government, opposition leaders, traditional leaders, the Church, and all the people of our beloved nation.
My prayer is not based upon political affiliation.
It is based upon biblical responsibility.
A NEW CHAPTER
Going forward, I have resolved to devote greater attention to the work God has entrusted to me through Angelic Ministries International, both in the United States of America and internationally.
I also desire to establish charitable initiatives through which I can give back to the people of Zambia, support vulnerable communities, and contribute positively to the development and wellbeing of our people.
I want my future contribution to Zambia to be characterized not by political controversy, but by prayer, service, compassion, reconciliation, generosity, and love for my country.
The Bible declares:
“Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.” — Matthew 5:9
That is the path I choose.
MY APPEAL FOR FORGIVENESS
Your Excellency President Hakainde Hichilema, from the deepest part of my heart:
I am sincerely sorry. Please forgive me.
To the Government of the Republic of Zambia:
Please forgive me wherever my words or conduct caused unnecessary offense.
To the people of Zambia who trusted my ministry, respected my calling, followed my teachings, or expected better from me:
I sincerely apologize.
I cannot change yesterday, but by the grace of God, I can learn from it and conduct myself with greater wisdom tomorrow.
I refuse to allow misunderstandings involving other individuals to become a permanent source of bitterness or division between myself and anyone.
The Gospel calls us to reconciliation.
The Gospel calls us to forgiveness.
The Gospel calls us to humility.
And the Gospel calls us to love.
As Scripture declares:
“If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.” — Romans 12:18
Therefore, as far as it depends upon me, I choose peace.
I choose forgiveness.
I choose reconciliation.
I choose maturity.
And I choose to move forward without bitterness.
May God Almighty grant President Hakainde Hichilema wisdom, discernment, strength, and grace in carrying the responsibilities of leadership.
May God guide everyone entrusted with public responsibility.
May God heal every division among our people.
May justice, peace, love, unity, and reconciliation prevail throughout our nation.
And may we always remember that whatever our differences may be, Zambia is greater than any one individual, political organization, disagreement, or season.
🇿🇲 ONE ZAMBIA, ONE NATION.
I submit this apology freely, sincerely, and from the deepest part of my heart.
May God be my witness.
So help me God.
With humility, repentance, and sincere respect,
