PHAKEL’UMTHAKATHI NDABANDABA SENDS STRONG WARNING TO A WHITE SOUTH AFRICAN EMPLOYER OVER THE TREATMENT OF FOREIGN WORKERS

Cultural activist and traditional leader Phakel’umthakathi Ndabandaba has sparked debate after delivering a strong message to a white South African employer during a public engagement.

According to Ndabandaba, employers should not exploit foreign nationals or subject them to unfair treatment while also failing to create opportunities for South Africans. He argued that everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect in the workplace.

Ndabandaba also said South Africa should move beyond attitudes of discrimination, urging employers to treat people fairly regardless of their background while ensuring local job seekers are not overlooked.

His remarks have generated mixed reactions online, with some praising his call for fairness and equal treatment, while others disagree with his views.
