SECRETARY to the Cabinet Patrick Kangwa has highlighted the crucial role of digitalisation in achieving effective public service delivery to support the Grow Zambia Agenda.

Mr Kangwa says digitalisation and human capital development are vital components of service delivery.

He emphasised that fully embracing technology and innovation in the public service will enhance service provision to the people and advance the Grow Zambia vision.

Speaking during the Eighth Senior Public Service Management meeting in Lusaka, Mr Kangwa further called on all Permanent Secretaries to take ownership of the Grow Zambia Agenda and work collaboratively to ensure nationwide growth.

Mr Kangwa also noted the need for tangible service delivery and a functional public service through institutional reforms as assured by President Hakainde Hichilema.

He reaffirmed the President’s call to pursue a further ambitious reform agenda aimed at delivering positive results at all levels to improve the welfare of the Zambian people.
