We are seeking a vibrant, dedicated, and results-driven Warehouse Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should be organised, hardworking, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the day-to-day management of warehouse operations. Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff. Ensure accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods. Maintain proper inventory records and conduct regular stock checks. Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies promptly. Ensure the warehouse is clean, safe, and well organised. Assist with planning and coordinating deliveries and collections. Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse procedures. Support the Warehouse Manager in achieving operational targets. Train, guide, and motivate warehouse staff where necessary. Requirements: Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience in warehouse operations or supervision. Good knowledge of inventory and stock control procedures. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Good computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and inventory systems. Must be reliable, hardworking, and willing to take initiative.
