We are looking for a results-driven Tyre Sales Specialist to join our Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving tyre sales, developing new customers, maintaining existing accounts, and contributing to overall business growth. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Promote and sell the company’s tyre products and achieve assigned sales targets. Conduct customer visits, generate leads, collect orders, and follow up on sales opportunities. Build strong relationships with customers and provide appropriate product recommendations. Follow up on customer payments and ensure compliance with the company’s approved payment procedures. Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, customer needs, and other market developments. Provide market feedback to management to support pricing and sales strategies. Prepare sales reports and ensure timely completion of assigned sales activities. Comply with company sales policies, procedures, and standards. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Automotive, or a related field. Previous experience in tyre sales, automotive sales, spare parts, or related sales roles is preferred. Strong business development, negotiation, and communication skills. Good understanding of the automotive/tyre market is an advantage. Strong customer relationship management and sales skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, adaptable, and willing to learn.
