About the role: Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Tipper Truck Salesperson to drive business growth in Zambia and neighboring countries. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new customers within the mining, construction, and transportation sectors, managing the sales process from lead generation to after-sales support, and building long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with customers in Zambia and neighboring countries to promote and sell Tipper Trucks Conduct regular visits to mines, construction companies, transportation companies, and other potential clients. Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales contracts. Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers. Provide excellent after-sales service and customer support to ensure client satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the region. Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience in trucks, construction machinery, mining equipment, or related industries. Fluent in spoken and written English. Strong understanding of the Zambian market and neighboring countries, including the Republic of the Congo and other regional markets. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts. Willingness and ability to travel extensively for business purposes. A valid driver’s license.
