Kamwesa Zambia Limited is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supervising operational teams, ensuring daily activities are carried out efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene and safety, and ensuring employees comply with company policies and operational procedures. Key Responsibilities • Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of assigned teams. • Allocate duties and monitor employee performance to ensure operational targets are achieved. • Ensure employees adhere to company policies, operational procedures and workplace standards. • Monitor staff attendance, punctuality and overall discipline. • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and workplace organization. • Ensure employees comply with health, safety and environmental requirements at all times. • Conduct daily team briefings and provide guidance to staff on assigned tasks. • Identify operational challenges and implement appropriate corrective measures. • Maintain accurate daily operational records and prepare reports for Management. • Monitor productivity and ensure work is completed efficiently and within established timelines. • Provide on-the-job coaching and support to employees to improve performance. • Report incidents, equipment faults and operational concerns promptly. • Foster teamwork, professionalism and a positive working environment. • Perform any other duties assigned by Management. Minimum Requirements • Grade 12 School Certificate. • Certificate in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, Catering, Food Production or another related field. • A Diploma in a relevant field will be an added advantage. • Minimum of one (1) year supervisory experience in a manufacturing, production, hospitality or similar operational environment. • Demonstrated ability to supervise teams, coordinate daily operations and achieve operational targets. • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to allocate duties, monitor performance and maintain discipline within a team. • Good understanding of workplace health, safety and hygiene practices. • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. • Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office applications, will be an added advantage. • Professional appearance with excellent personal hygiene. • Driver’s License. • Valid Police Clearance Certificate. • Valid Medical Report.
