Job Summary We are seeking a vigilant and dependable Security Guards to protect our company premises, assets, personnel, and visitors. In this role, you will maintain a safe and secure environment by actively patrolling the property, monitoring surveillance systems, and controlling building access points. The ideal candidate has strong observational skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to respond quickly and calmly to emergency situations. Core Responsibilities Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and prevent unauthorized entry. Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems for unusual activity. Control access points by checking identification and issuing visitor badges. Investigate disturbances and handle security breaches according to legal protocols. Write daily reports detailing observations, tracking visitors, and documenting incidents. Evict violators and trespassers safely while contacting law enforcement when necessary. Operate screening equipment like metal detectors and X-ray machines if required. Respond to emergencies by providing first aid or executing evacuation procedures. Required Skills and Qualifications High school certificate or equivalent certificate Clean background check and drug screening clearance. Physical stamina to stand, walk, and patrol for extended shifts. Strong communication skills for writing clear reports and interacting with patrons. Sound judgment to de-escalate high-pressure situations effectively. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military service. First Aid / CPR certifications.
