COMMISSION BASED Are you an experienced and hardworking individual with a passion for the Construction industry? We are looking for 6 x Sales Representatives Construction to join our NDOLA, KABWE AND KITWE OFFICE Key Responsibilities: · Market our Construction services. · Generate and close leads · Educate prospects, and turn them into customers · Must be able to prepare sales strategies, be able to Prepare sales letters and contracts · Must be able to follow up on customers for payments of any outstanding installments · Must have zeal to crack deals and with great positive attitude to REQUIRED QUALIFICATION · Must be 20 years old and above and a holder of a Grade 12 certificate. · Verbal and written communication · Must be excellent with social media platforms for content creation and product marketing · Must have own accommodation in NDOLA, KABWE AND KITWE, or ready to relocate at own cost. · Must have high level of integrity and professionalism · Must be updated with industry market trends and advise Management accordingly · Must have own accommodation in the respective town of applying REMUNERATION: COMMISSION BASED HOW TO APPLY: Applications should be addressed to: The Human Resource Manager Calm Mountain Real Estate Limited No. 7 Chinika Road, Northrise Ndola Or email: info@calmmountainproperties.com and hr@calmmountainproperties.com Deadline is 10th August 2026.
