About the Role – Registered Nurse Jobs in Ndola As a Registered Nurse with Cerba Lancet Zambia, you will play a critical role in supporting clinical and administrative healthcare services. Your responsibilities will include managing sample registration, performing phlebotomy, and ensuring efficient handling of patient interactions. This position requires a professional who can maintain high standards of accuracy and confidentiality while working effectively under pressure. Key Responsibilities Process sample registration (“logging”) and respond to queries following established standard operating procedures. Sort and distribute samples accurately in accordance with protocols. Perform phlebotomy procedures with precision and care. Monitor turnaround times to maintain efficient workflow. Address administrative queries and resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and prepare equipment in your work area according to guidelines. Track stock levels and order supplies to guarantee availability of necessary materials. Handle cash transactions from patients and ensure proper banking in line with procedures. Required Qualifications and Skills Grade 12 certificate and relevant nursing qualification. At least one year of experience working in the healthcare sector. Experience handling cash and operating point of care machines. Proficiency in data entry and computer literacy. Strong communication skills and excellent telephone etiquette. Customer-oriented with effective interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, pressurized environment. High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
